Tash is soooo amazing and knowledgeable about women’s fitness. If you are expecting or just had a baby I wouldn’t trust your body with anyone else! Tash knows her stuff and will ensure your recovery will happen smoothly with no injuries and will help rebuild your core and pelvic floor. This is essential for new mums recovery and many trainers just don’t understand this.

I started going to GETT Fitness when I turned fifty. I felt fat and unfit. That was 3 and a half years ago. Since then I have gradually lost 8kg and done the park run in 34 minutes! I have heaps more energy. Tash and Jake are both very supportive and motivating. I have made some great friends, and found group training to be fun. Thanks heaps Tash, Jake and all of you!

Tash was exactly what I was looking for towards the end of my pregnancy! I wanted to stay active and prepare myself for birth and afterwards and Tash modified all my training accordingly right up to 38wks! I went back to GETT fitness 6wks postpartum and Tash has yet again been perfect for staying active with a bub! I can bring him along, be surrounded by like-minded people and exercise at my level.
I highly recommend it for pre and post natal training!

The small group training that Tash offers is amazing – she is an extremely knowledgeable trainer who is able to seamlessly cater for all fitness levels and stages of pregnancy. I would highly recommend Tash’s classes to any of my friends, and am looking forward to joining the post natal classes as well!

I have trained with Tash in the past and after the birth of my second baby I was very excited to hear about the Pre and Post Natal sessions that GETT Fitness would offer. The small group sessions are fantastic – Tash caters for all fitness levels and pre/ post pregnancy stages and you can work to your level. I joined Gett Fitness about 3 years ago with the goal of attending exercise classes regularly. My only goal was to attend consistently – to commit to a regular exercise program and benefit from the psychological and physical benefits of regular physical activity. I was an unfit and slightly overweight 54 year old. Three years later I have well and truly surpassed my original goal! I am committed to a weekly combination of strength, cardio and pilates classes with a group of fabulous people and have achieved a level of strength, flexibility, fitness and wellness surpassing that of any previous period of my life. I have been with GETT Fitness for 3 years. Never before have i stayed with a fitness program for this length of time. I put it down to the inclusive, challenging and dare i say it fun atmosphere that Tash and Jake create. I happily rise for a 5.45am class in the middle of winter knowing that apart from the health benefits i will enjoy the time with friends. I have finally found a Pilates instructor in Toowoomba that is knowledgeable and passionate about their training. I came to meet Tash by accident through a friend . Having moved here from the coast , I hadn’t found a trainer who was able to motivate me & push me to reach my goals.
