Offering Specialised Group Functional Training for Pre & Post Natal Women, Pregnancy Pilates Classes, Mum’s & Bub’s Pilates (Baby-lates) and 1:1 Assessments & Personal Training.

A bit about me. I’m a fully qualified & insured Personal Trainer, Matwork Pilates Instructor, Pregnancy Pilates Instructor, Pre & Post Natal Trainer, Children’s Trainer oh and a Mum as well. My aim is to help & educate Mum’s & soon to be Mum’s on the physical changes that occur in their bodies during pregnancy. By helping Mums be as fit & strong as they can I know it leads to a happier & healthier pregnancy & ultimately a better quality of life for themselves and their families once bub has arrived as well.

Pre & Post Natal Group Fitness Classes


Pilates is one of the best methods for exercising while pregnant. With careful exercise selection & modifications for different stages of pregnancy & ability, this class is great a great way to help your body adapt to all the postural changes during pregnancy. This class is suitable for all stages of pregnancy, with no prior Pilates experience necessary.

(Suitable for Post Natal & Pregnant Mumma’s)

Does your every day involve pushing, pulling, lifting & carrying items in awkward positions with a baby or toddler on your hip? How about bending & twisting in awkward positions to pick things up or put things away? Well, we can help to train your body to accommodate these movements!
Our Mumma’s Functional Fitness Classes are designed to train your body & mind for the practicalities of everyday life with children whilst being pelvic floor safe, fun and a great workout.
**Kids are more than welcome – We’re working on Creche facilities, in the mean time there will be a safe play area.

**Pregnant Mumma’s Welcome – Suitable modifications will be made where required.

CLASSES are held at our Studio/Gym Space in Rangeville.

(Mum’s & Bub’s Pilates)

Baby-lates is my Specialised Pilates Classes for mum’s with bub’s from 6weeks post birth. The classes are use an array of pilates exercises, stretches & equipment with specific programming for the postnatal months to help your body regain pelvic floor & deeper abdominal strength in a safe and effective way. As well as focusing on the postural changes that occurred during pregnancy & also post birth as your body adapts to motherhood. My classes are kept to small numbers to ensure exercises are tailored to your own ability & stage of recovery after birth. Bub’s are absolutely welcome and will be incorporated into some of the exercises as well.

**Before commencing your first class, you will be requested to complete a Pre or Post Natal Questionnaire which gives me the required information to ensure the correct modifications are made for your individual situation. No 2 pregnancies are the same, no 2 births are the same, so no 2 recoveries are the same.**

We offer Pre-Paid Packs of 10, 20 or 30 Classes. These packs can be used for Pre Natal Fitness Classes then once you have your 6 week check up and get clearance to exercise (written confirmation required) you can continue to use the packs. The expiry of your pack will be extended to allow ample recovery time post birth. As you progress with your recovery we also make most of our regular timetable classes available to your as well (**this is assessed on an individual basis)
