I’m a fully qualified & insured Personal Trainer, Matwork Pilates Instructor, Pregnancy Pilates Instructor & a Pre & Post Natal Trainer. My aim is to help educate Mum’s & soon to be Mum’s on the physical changes that occur in their bodies during pregnancy. As a business owner & mother myself, I have first hand knowledge of how looking after your own health & wellness can lead to a happier & healthier pregnancy & ultimately a better quality of of life for not only yourself but your whole family.
