Pre & Post Natal Training – Katie
I have trained with Tash in the past and after the birth of my second baby I was very excited to hear about the Pre and Post Natal sessions that GETT Fitness would offer. The small group sessions are fantastic – Tash caters for all fitness levels and pre/ post pregnancy stages and you can work to your level. I feel safe training with Tash as she is fully qualified and I know she understands the changes that have taken place during and after pregnancy. The best part is that bubs can come along. I would recommend these classes to anyone who is expecting or just had a baby. I wish this was available when I had my first baby.
